आवेदक पूर्व से निर्धारित महादलित परिवार जाति वहुलता वाले से होगे
जिस पंचायत /वार्ड समूह (कलस्टर) (शहरी) से विकास मित्र का चयन किया जाना है , वहीँ के निवासी से आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त किया जायेगा |
आवेदन की न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता मैट्रिक या समकक्ष होगी |
विकास मित्र के चयन में शैक्षणिक योग्यता मैट्रिक या समकक्ष नहीं मिलने की स्थिति में निम्न प्रकार से चयन किया जा सकता है :- (1) नन-मैट्रिक ,(2) नौवी पास, (3) आठवीं पास , (4) सातवीं पास (5) छ्ठा पास , (6) पांचवीं पास |
सर्वप्रथम नन -मैट्रिक, उसके पश्चात् नवमी पास उसी प्रकार से निचे के कर्म से चयन किया जायेगा |
महिलाओ के शैक्षणिक योग्यता नहीं मिलने पर साक्षर होने पर भी उन्हें चयनित किया जायेगा |
वशर्ते वे अक्षर योजना एवं स्वयं सहायता समूह के साथ जुडी हो तथा उन्हें सामाजिक कार्यो में प्रगतिशील सक्रीय महिला हो |
