01.Graduation degree from a university established by law in India or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto.
02. Have good knowledge of Hindi and English language.
03. Have good knowledge of typing in Hindi on computer with a speed of 25 words per minute. Preference will be given to those candidates who have a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English on computer.

Have good knowledge of Hindi and English language.
Have good knowledge of Hindi shorthand with speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi on computer. Preference will be given to those candidates who have a speed of 80 words per minute in English shorthand and a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on computer.
