All shortlisted candidates are required to bring their original documents along with self-attested photocopies of their biodata / CV, educational certificates, training qualification certificates, experience certificates, and other relevant documents for the interview.6. The Board will not reimburse the traveling expenses of the candidates appearing for the interview. 7. Candidates will be hired on an outsourcing basis for initial period of 6 (Five) years. After the first 3 (Three) years, midterm appraisal of performance will be done, and if found satisfactory, the contractwill be extended for an additional 2 (Two) years. At the end of the 5 (Five) year term,the contract may be renewed based on the candidate’s performance and the organization’s needs 8.
