Grade-IV/ Junior Assistant (Services Department) :	12th pass from a recognized Board/ Institution. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer.	18-27 Years
Stenographer (Services Department) :	12th pass or equivalent under 10+2 system from a recognized Board/ University. Speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) in shorthand and 40 words per minute (w.p.m.) in typewriting in English OR 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) in shorthand and 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) in typewriting in Hindi.	18-27 Years
Lower Division Clerk- cum- Typist (Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board)	12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer ( 35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).	18-27 Years
Junior Stenographer (Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board) :	Senior Secondary certificates or equivalent required for direct recruits from a recognized Board/ University. Proficiency in shorthand and typing having at least a speed of 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typing.	18-30 Years
Junior Assistant (State Council of Education Research and Training) :	12th Class from recognized Board or University; and A typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer ( 35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).	18-27 Years
Stenographer (State Council of Education Research and Training) :	12th Pass under 10+2 system from recognized Board/ University Speed of 80 w.p.m. in Short hand & 40 w.p.m. in typing in English on Computer OR Speed of 80 w.p.m. in Short hand & 35 w.p.m. in typing in Hindi on Computer.	18-27 Years

Skill Test Norms : Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 wpm (Hindi) Transcription: 65 mts (on computer) Typewriting test in the Hindi language @ 30 wpm (on computer)	18-27 Years
Assistant Gr-I (Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation) :	Senior Secondary from recognized Board or its equivalent.
